When do I receive the documents?
Documents are added when they are issued and received. Formation updates and EIN updates stay separate.
After formation
Is a bank account part of formation?
The package includes the services named on the order summary. A business bank account is not included. Ask us about the application path and the provider requirements for your activity.
How is the registered agent renewed?
The renewal date and price appear in your account. You can send the renewal and follow its confirmation.
How do I ask for a change or a cancellation?
Send the request from your account or the contact form. The team looks at the stage of the work and explains the available steps, fees, or refundable amounts under the published policy.
