Who receives it
ETEFORM staff who work on the order. doola, to file the company and arrange the registered-agent service. Stripe, to take the payment. A mail provider, to send messages you asked for or that the order requires.
International transfer
ETEFORM.COM LTD is in the United Kingdom. doola and the state or IRS process are in the United States. Information moves to those parties for the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account, the company file, and the legal and accounting duties of the order require. You can ask what we still hold by writing to start@eteform.com.
Your requests
Write to start@eteform.com about access, a correction, or a question about your information. We reply using the contact details on the account.
