These terms describe the scope of ETEFORM USA, how orders and payment work, and how filing, changes, and renewals are followed. The order summary you confirm is part of the agreement for that order. This page is the working description of the service. It is not a substitute for a signed schedule when a particular order needs one.
You contract with ETEFORM.COM LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. ETEFORM USA is its US formation service and is your contact for the order. doola carries out the US formation filing and the registered-agent service described in the order.
An order includes only the services named on its summary: formation of an LLC or C-Corporation, the EIN path included with that formation, and the first-year registered agent where the summary says so. A bank account, bookkeeping, and tax returns are not included unless a separate service says so.
You confirm that the details and documents are accurate and that you are allowed to give them. You authorize ETEFORM and doola to use them to prepare and file the order.
You pay ETEFORM. The summary separates the ETEFORM service fee from the state filing fee. State amounts shown before they are confirmed are estimates. You see the total before you pay.
After payment the team reviews the file, asks for anything missing, and then the filing proceeds. Status and documents in your account reflect what has actually been recorded. Timing depends on the state and on a complete file.
Ask from your account or the contact form. What can be changed or refunded depends on the stage. A state fee already incurred, and a partner filing fee after the file has been submitted, may not be refundable. The result is confirmed for that order under the refund policy.
Registered-agent renewal and services after formation are priced and confirmed on their own. They are not added to the formation invoice unless you choose them.
